How to stop and cancel a plan

Once a plan has been activated, it can be cancelled at any time stopping any future payment collections.
Step 1. Click the Actions button in the top right of the plan screen, then select Cancel plan

Step 2. If the is a positive balance on the plan, you will need to specify if you will be holding the balance on account, or refunding to the customer
Please note: ServiceSplit does not handle the process of refunding monies to the customer so you will need to process with manually

Step 3. Clicking Confirm cancellation will mark the plan as cancelled and update the balance. When the screen refreshes the cancellation details will be displayed underneath the balance.
